Logo stamps

Send your logo file and we convert it into stamp artwork: thin lines thickened, fine detail simplified and the impression reviewed before engraving. Accepted files are AI, PDF, SVG, PNG or JPG, or a clear photo. Designing a brand-new logo is a separate service.

Self-inking options

The ink pad sits inside the housing, so staff press and lift with no separate pad. Available in black, blue or red ink and in these sizes:

Submit company details

Send the company name and exact wording, the logo file or a clear photo, quantity, ink colour and handle type, any branch or staff names, tax invoice details and the delivery province. One message is enough to get a quote.

Artwork approval

The studio sets your wording at the chosen size, sends a proof for you to check spelling, registration number, tax ID and line breaks, and engraves nothing until you confirm it in writing. The finished stamp is then stamped and inspected before packing.

Nationwide delivery

Thailand Post / Flash: THB 60, nationwide delivery in 1–3 days. Order 2 or more items in the same order for free shipping via Thailand Post / Flash.

Bangkok Grab delivery

In Bangkok the stamp is ready in 1 hour (production time) and sent by Grab; the delivery fee depends on distance. This option is limited to Bangkok and is not offered on every order; it is confirmed before production starts. Outside Bangkok we ship nationwide instead.

FAQ

Can you issue a quotation and a tax invoice for our company?

Yes. We can issue a quotation before you order and a tax invoice after payment, so the purchase can go through your internal approval process. Send your company name and billing contact on LINE and we prepare the documents.

What is the minimum order?

Tax invoices and quotations are available. There is no minimum order: single pieces, bulk orders and projects are welcome. Bulk and project pricing is available case by case. Contact our admin on LINE for a quote. Collect ready orders at either of our two branches: Lat Krabang or Nakhon Pathom (Branch 00002, Factory). Both open daily 08:00–20:00.

Can we order several stamps with different names in one batch?

Yes. Send the list of names, titles or departments as a simple list. We summarise the sizes, ink colours and artwork for one approval, then produce the batch together.

Can the stamp be in English, Thai or both?

Both are common. Send the exact wording you want engraved — copy the text rather than describing it — and the studio will set it out for your approval.

How long does a company stamp take?

Rush orders are subject to artwork, size, quantity and production availability. Once ready, orders can be sent by Grab; the customer pays the courier fee based on distance. How do we pay if our company account is abroad?

Thai bank transfer and PromptPay are the standard options. If your payment comes from overseas, tell us and we agree the payment and timing with you before production starts.

Which stamp should a busy office choose?

Self-inking stamps keep the desk clean and are faster when documents are stamped many times a day. Traditional handle stamps are cheaper, come in larger sizes and suit round company stamps and long address blocks.
